Log in with your email
Open your orders with a one-time code sent to the email you used at checkout — no password needed.

Request the return
Select the order and the items you want to send back, or write us at support@easysea.org with your order number.

Ship it back & get refunded
We confirm the return address by email. Once the product arrives, the refund goes back to your original payment method.

- 30 days from delivery to change your mind
- Product unused and in its original packaging
- Refund to the original payment method once we receive it
- Warranty claims (2–3 years) are handled separately — just write us
