One block, every job

Olli Flex single block with the line running in the sheave

Hang it and go

On its own, hanging from the included stainless omega shackle: a turning block ready in seconds, wherever you need it. No kit required.

The two openable cheeks of the Olli Flex block

Opens on a loaded line

No need to unreeve the sheet: open the body, drop the line in, close it. Even with the rig in place.

Double: 2:1 tackle

Two identical bodies joined by the kit: a 2:1 tackle for the vang, traveller or barber hauler, using the line you already have.

Triple: maximum purchase

Three bodies, three sheaves, the same kit: maximum purchase for the hardest jobs, always re-configurable.

From one, to three

Two identical blocks and one Conversion Kit make a 2:1 tackle. Three make a triple. It goes together with common hand tools in a few minutes, and comes apart just as easily.

1
Stack the bodies
Line up two or three identical Olli Flex bodies with the sheaves in between.
2
Run the bolt through
The long stainless bolt from the Conversion Kit passes through the whole stack.
3
Tighten and go
Hex key and socket wrench. Fit the shackle head and the block is ready.

FAQ

Can one block really do so many jobs?

Yes. A single Olli Flex covers turning blocks, tackles, quick rigs and temporary installs — 6+ applications. It replaces a drawer of single-purpose fittings.

How do I turn one block into a double or triple?

Add the matching Conversion Kit (sold separately, one per size and load class). It joins identical Olli Flex blocks into double and triple configurations with a few common hand tools.

What’s the difference between Standard and High Load (HL)?

HL versions use a 6061-T6 aluminium sheave instead of POM and a larger shackle, raising the working load on the same line diameter (e.g. 900 to 1,700 kg on Ø50).

Which size do I need?

Ø50 (M) takes up to 12 mm line, Ø60 (L) up to 14 mm. Match the size to your line and the working load to your application.

Does it need maintenance?

Very little. The self-lubricating sheave runs without metal bearings, so there is nothing to seize or corrode — just rinse with fresh water after use.

What makes it “openable”?

The interlocking aluminium bodies rotate against each other, so you can open the block onto a line already under load — handy, but the real advantage is reconfiguring one block into many setups.
